Slab, Masonry & 1st Floor Trusses
We’ve laid the foundation, built up the sea wall, completed 1st floor masonry work and framing has begun. We are starting to fly 1st floor trusses and frame out the first floor.

Stucco Installation
Framing, roof & exterior windows/doors are complete. The R.Simpson team is getting the stucco installed.
September 2022
Rock, Stairs, Pool, Paint.
Lots of action as our sub-contractors knock out the rock work, stair installation and some other misc. details.
January 2023
Driveway Pavers, Cabinetry & Patio Tile.
Preferred Pavers & Concrete are wrapping up the paver driveway, Global Marble & Stone are installing some Limestone Tile on the 2nd floor balcony.
March 2023
Pool & Spa Finishing
Signet Pools is on site finishing this beautiful Pool & Spa.
